  I ordered a carbon fiber front lip for W204 C250. This was a product that needed to be manufactured by Mansory, after the purchase. It took about 2 months to receive the product (which is fine because I was told it would take this long), but they sent me the front lip for the WRONG model... Instead of W204 C250, they sent a product that was intended for W204 C63... After a conversation with CKS performance, they claimed the mistake was on Mansory for producing the wrong part, even though the correct order was placed on them by CKS performance. CKS performance denied a return/refund because they claim this is a special order... Sure...if the correct part was produced and shipped to me, return/refund would not be eligible, but that was not the case; I got the WRONG product, regardless of who is to blame. Anyway, they promised to have Mansory produce the correct part and have it shipped to me and have arrangements to collect the wrong part. 1 month passed and no response from them about the correct part. So I opened A Paypal claim with them and I need to ship the wrong product back to them. But Paypal is saying I'm responsible for shipping cost, which is $780 to ship because I'm in USA. So, I'm just biting the bullet and going to sell this front lip for C63, locally. I'm at a huge loss. I will never deal with these guys again or Mansory, for that matter.
